Spartans really do speak striker's language!

To celebrate the expected debut of Spanish striker Sammy Perez against Frickley Athletic in the Doodson Sport Cup on Tuesday night, EVO-STIK Northern Premier League Blyth Spartans are running a one off bilingual 'matchday live' service for fans!

The Spartans, through to the FA Cup's Second Round and a trip to Hartlepool United after Sunday's heroics against Altrincham, say they will be keeping supporters who can't make it to Croft Park updated on the all action from the first round clash with a simultaneous Spanish translation on their online service.

The 22-year-old, pictured, signed for the Premier Division club in August after his brother Ayoze signed for Newcastle United. He started his career at Murcia before going on to to play on loan for the likes of Coruxo and Real Balompédica Linense in the third tier of the Spanish leagues.
