The former Lewes winger has left the club to relocate due to other commitments outside of football.
The 23-year-old featured eight times this season for the Daniels, with the side currently sitting second in the Pitching In NPL Midlands Division.
On Coppola's departure, Stamford manager Graham Drury said: “With Charlie travelling all the way from Warwick and at uni training to be a doctor, he's finding it hard to make training,
“I've made contact with some Brum clubs and set him up to play near home.
“I wish Charlie all the best. The fans and club didn't get to see the best of him due to injuries and illness, but he's a class act, not just as a player but as a person also.
“It may not be the last we see of this lad. Next season when things change, who knows, we could see a return."
Stamford make a trip to St Neots Town next, and a win could send them to the summit of the Division.
