Terriers goalkeeper stays at Tadcaster

Tadcaster Albion have confirmed that Josh Mazfari's loan from Huddersfield Town has been extended by one month.

The 18-year-old goalkeeper initially joined the Brewers on loan in October.

He made his league debut at the start of January in a 2-1 defeat to Cleethorpes Town.

Since then, he has made a further two appearances as he looks to obtain more first-team action with the West Yorkshire outfit.

Mazfari recently featured in Tadcaster's first league victory of the season, beating Sheffield 2-1 at home.

On the extension, Brewer's boss Andy Monkhouse said: "He’s been good. He’s been highly recommended, we took him and he’s done really well and we’ve got him for another month.

"Hopefully he enjoys his time here and helps us and we can help him."
