Evo-Stik Northern Premier League Farsley AFC are looking forward to becoming football landlords after agreeing to a groundshare at Throstle Nest.

Officials at the First Division North's Villagers say they are preparing a warm welcome for Albion Sports FC from the Northern Counties East League who are moving in for the 2013-14 campaign.

The Lions, who play in the NCEL's Premier Division, will play on alternative Saturdays to Neil Parsley's first team with their midweek fixtures staged on Wednesday nights.

Farsley's Secretary Joshua Greaves said: "We are looking forward to working closely with Albion Sports and hosting NCEL football again at the nest. Once all fixtures are announced they will be available via our website to support their campaign in the NCEL."

In team news, Farsley confirmed on Friday that two more new faces had joined them for the start of pre-season training.

Wakefield FC midfielder Josh Grant returns to the club along with highly-rated attacking midfielder Danny Hull from Harrogate Railway. Farsley take on Leeds United at the Nest in ten days time when both are expected to make their debuts.

Farsley's squad took part in a two hour session on Thursday night. Led by the management team of Parsley, Simeon Bambrook, A License coach Mark Jackson and keepers' coach Gary Stokes, the session saw Matty Young and proven goalscorer Lee Ellington, both members of the 2009-10 Conference North side, training with a number of trialists and the returning Tom Morgan, Ben Higginson, James Riley and Ryan Harrison.
