Tuesday's First North action review

The only game in the Evo-Stik Northern Premier League's First Division North on Tuesday night was between fourth-placed Kendal Town and third-placed Warrington Town at Parkside Road, writes Pitchero's Steve Whitney.

And it saw ten-man Warrington earn a valuable point with a 1-1 draw.

A Liam Dawson goal three minutes before the break gave Warrington the lead but the home side equalised through a penalty on 52 minutes, Danny Mitchley converting.

Warrington skipper Craig Robinson saw red on 69 minutes for a second bookable offence but the visitors held on for a valuable away point.
