In a first half that probably saw Coalville as the better side without managing to make the most of their dominance, it was the Gingerbreads Harry Clifton who opened the scoring in the final minute of the half with a tremendous 25-yard strike.

It was almost 2-0 just a minute after the break when Danny Meadows fired home. Coalville helped the Gingerbreads increase their lead when Dean Freeman headed the ball into his own net in the 72nd minute and then Clifton made it 4-0 from outside the box.

The Ravens managed to pull one back through former Gingerbread Massiah Macdonald five minutes from time but on his debut for the Gingerbreads, former Banbury United striker Felipe Barcelos, made it a nap hand with a minute remaining.

Halesowen Town beat bottom-markers Ilkeston FC 2-1 at The Grove.

Kaiman Anderson proved to be the Yeltz`s hero on the night, bagging a brace in the 33rd and 70th minutes, rendering Anthony Dwyer`s stoppage time reply as just a consolation.

Matlock Town moved up to tenth by ending Frickley Athletic`s mini-revival under new boss Lee Morris, Dwayne Wiley scoring the only goal at Causeway Lane on the hour-mark.

The game between Stafford Rangers and Stourbridge ended goalless at Marston Road.

Chances were few and far between for both teams, with Stourbridge threatening more after Rangers were reduced to ten-men on the hour-mark after Mitchell Tolley was dismissed for a reckless challenge on Leon Broadhurst.
