West Division Review: Mossley score seven

Mossley scored seven goals against Market Drayton Town in the Pitching In Northern Premier League West Division over the weekend.

Mason Fawns scored a hat-trick, while Harry Pratt opened the scoring in the 16th minute. Levi Phillips, William Shepherd and Jordan Butterworth also scoring on the day for a 7-1 result away from home.

Elsewhere in the division, Bootle claimed an impressive 5-0 home victory over Ramsbottom United with goals from Matthew Hamilton, Jack McGowan, Ben Hodkinson, Liam Loughlin and Henri Ogunby.

Workington remain unbeaten so far this season and at the top of the table following their 2-2 draw at home with 1874 Northwich.

Goals from William Saxon and Timothy Grice saw Leek Town claim a 2-0 victory away at Clitheroe, while Oliver Roberts scored twice for Colne’s 2-0 home win over Glossop North End.

Prescot Cables defeated Kidsgrove Athletic 2-1, while Marine continued their impressive form with a 4-1 victory away at Warrington Rylands.
