Colls were surprisingly beaten at home last weekend by playoff-chasing Colne, ending their 11-game unbeaten run.
Radcliffe closed the gap at the top to four points with victory over Droylsden last weekend and they will look to further ramp up the pressure when they visit Kendal Town on Saturday.
Runcorn Linnets were leapfrogged to the Boro after slipping up in spectacular fashion against Kidsgrove Athletic. With a home tie against Market Drayton Town on the horizon, Michael Ellison’s side will be looking to pick up a third win in five matches.
Elsewhere, Leek Town and Ramsbottom United will have the chance to leapfrog fourth-placed Mossley, who are without a game this week.
Leek take on a Colwyn Bay side with three wins in their last four games, while Ramsbottom travel to the Shawbridge to take on Clitheroe, who are firmly embroiled in a battle to survive having lost five of their last six games.
In-form Colne will be confident of securing victory against bottom-of-the-league Skelmersdale United, while Prescot Cables travel to the Arthur Goldthorpe Stadium to take on 17th-placed Glossop North End.
In the final game of the round, Kidsgrove Athletic put their four-game unbeaten run on the line with a home clash against Droylsden.
