The Blues confirmed their biggest win in any competition, home or away, on Monday after scouring their results archive back to 1980 when full records available.
To celebrate their record-breaking victory at Ashby Avenue, the EVO-STIK League South club also published a full list of matches where they've scored six goals or more to remind fans of all their big wins.
A spokesman said: "It is the first time Blues have scored nine goals and eclipses the previous highest score and margin of victory which was set only three years ago with an 8-0 triumph at Loughborough Dynamo. One connection between that result and the one at Lincoln is that Jordan Johnson was on the score sheet in both games."
Blues boss Neil Baker was almost as proud of the way his players conducted themselves as the result.
He told fans: “This was a perfect result for us in many respects – there were lots of goals, a clean sheet and a midfield quartet that was the pick of the group. Lincoln United are a lovely club and we paid them the respect they deserve. The good thing was that our players competed properly because it’s not nice being on the end of a result like that so I was pleased that we played with humility.”.
