Tinnion, 31, scored seven goals as the Reds suffered double heartbreak in the final weeks of the season, missing out on the title and then losing in the play-off semi-finals.
He told the club’s official website: “I’m really happy to have re-signed for next season. It was obviously a very disappointing end to the season but I am really excited to have the manager back and looking forward to getting started. We will be looking to pick up where we left off with Danny and go one more step closer to our aim.
Kyle Harrison and Brad Hubbold will be leaving Borough Park.
Harrison has received an offer closer to home, while Hubbold has turned down a new deal and will move on for personal reasons.
