The 31-year-old, who succeeded Graham Heathcote at Shawe View in May 2015, is pictured collecting his squad's training kit from Macron's Cheshire store with his dad Bob after calling his old man for help.
Officials at the Shawe View-based club say the former Barnsley, Altrincham, Ashton United, Bradford Park Avenue, Chorley, Droylsden, FC Halifax, Scarborough and Gainsborough Trinity midfielder has been busy preparing for a second tilt at returning the club to the EVO-STIK NPL's top flight since taking the helm.
As well as lining up his side's pre-season programme, Baker has been securing his squad and signing a number of new players including Nicky Platt, Craig Robinson, Terry Smith and Kingsley Williams.
Russ Saunders, Ryan Ledson, Josh Granite, Kyle Jacobs, Lee Neville, Andy Langford, Chris Palmer, Chris Mcdonagh, Mitchell Bryant, Aaron Burns, Connor Martin, Mark Derbyshire have all been retained by Baker while former Trafford favourite Ally Brown is also back after first signing for the club in 2012 and scoring six goals in 55 appearances before on moving to Witton Albion.
