Fan favourite Liam O’Sullivan departs having made 304 appearances for the club, helping them to two promotions in that time.
He tweeted: “One of the hardest decisions I’ve had to make. This club has been a massive part of my life for nearly 10 years. Nothing but love and respect for everybody involved with Marske United. Thank you to all the fans who have followed us over the years. I’ll never forget it.”
Also departing Marske is former Whitby Town striker Marty Tyson.
Tyson scored 38 goals in 62 appearances to help the club achieve its goal of promotion.
He said: “It’s been a memorable two years with a lot of highs, something I’ll cherish. Hoping the club can carry on and achieve more success in the future.”
Marske recently announced that their first pre-season friendly ahead of the 2022/23 campaign will be against Hartlepool United on July 12.
