Kendal part company with boss

Kendal Town have parted company with manager David Foster.
The Mintcakes find themselves second from bottom in the EVO-STIK League West Division and have won just three games all season.
A club statement read: “The club would like to announce First team manager David Foster has been released. We would like to thank Dave for all his hard work over the last few seasons and wish him all the best in the future.”
Former manager Steve Edmondson has been appointed as caretaker, and will be assisted by Craig Dootson.
