Kyle Hayde makes Marine return

Marine have announced the permanent signing of Kyle Hayde from Warrington Rylands.

The 21-year-old defender, who can also operate in midfield, returns to the Mariners having completed two loan spells at the club from Tranmere Rovers last season.

He made his debut on his 20th birthday, capping a fine performance with a goal, coincidentally against Rylands in a 4-1 win at Gorsey Lane.

Hayde has made 22 appearances for the club to date, scoring two goals.

On his arrival, Marine manager Neil Young said: “Kyle is someone we know well and will add more quality to our squad at a crucial time.”
