The Chorley FC 200 Club is back for a second year and the Magpies reckon their sponsorship draw is bigger and better than ever.

After the success of last season’s inaugural CFC 200 Club in raising vital funds for Garry Flitcroft’s Evo-Stik NPL Premier Division outfit, the Magpies say’ve have upped the ante for 2013.

The format remains the same - 200 golden tickets for sale at £200 each with a £12,000 first prize front of shirt sponsorship package going to the winning company or organisation – but nine runners-up prizes have also been introduced along with a new Hall of Fame on Chorley’s official website for businesses so every CFC 200 Club Member to promote themselves.

Members will also be automatically enrolled into the ‘Chorley Business Network League’, a brand new monthly business network group. Unsurprisingly, the Chorley Guardian snapped up the first ticket after the Magpies announced the fundraiser’s return and details of the new prizes on offer this week. They range from hospitality packages in Chorley’s Guest Lounge, to tracksuit sponsorship, advertising boards around Victory Park and corporate season tickets.

Magpies Manager Garry Flitcroft is backing the revamped fundraiser to ensure a repeat of last year’s success with all the new elements included.

He said: "The CFC 200 Club is a vital source of income for the club and the 2013 draw promises to be the best yet. It's a great way for local businesses to raise their profiles and the lucky winner will net themselves a fantastic sponsorship package worth £12,000."

Flitcroft has a personal interest in the winning package as it includes two personal appearances by him for the winning organisation or company becoming the club’s main home shirt sponsor for next season. They’ll also receive eight corporate season tickets with hospitality for all home games plus advertising around the ground, in the club’s matchday programme and online on the official Magpies website.

In addition, they’ll also be in line a free football coaching session from members of the Chorley FC management and first-team. If they prefer, they can donate the prize to a school, charity or community group of their choice.

The CFC 200 Club draw will be made at a VIP gala dinner on April 19. All members of the CFC 200 Club will receive two free tickets to the event which will include a champagne reception and canapés, two-course buffet, and entertainment. As an extra bonus, members will also receive four free tickets for the club's final home game of the season the following day against Ashton United on April 20.

Any businesses interested in purchasing a ticket for the ‘CFC 200 Club 2013’ are asked to call the club's commercial manager John Derbyshire on 07966 308578. Alternatively, email the club at info@chorleyfc.com.
