The EVO-STIK NPL Show

The Evo-Stik NPL Show is back with a bang for the big kick off to the new season on Saturday.

The hit podcast for fans, players and officials of the EVO-STIK League was launched last season and has been rebranded and revamped for the new campaign with thousands of listeners downloading the monthly episodes and specials by the end of last term.

Recorded once again at the Magnet Inn Stockport by the team behind FCUM Radio and hosted as always by the station’s Ben Hughes, the first episode previews this season’s runners and riders and is entitled ‘Welcome to The Future’.

The podcast was released for download on Friday and attracted a bumper line-up of guests including the NPL Facebook Group's James Heyes and Alex McKenna, FCUM Radio and BBC 5 Live Non-League Show pundit Swampy, Ian Burke from BBC Radio Manchester, the Non-League Review’s Stewart James, Aaron Flanagan from the Manchester Evening News and from the league, EVO-STIK League operations manager Alan Allcock.

The biggest line-up yet also saw Andrew Simpson, senior sports writer for the Northwich Guardian, Halesowen’s Rob Lloyd and Andrew Snaith and Paul Connolly from Whitby Town Radio, join the lively debate.
