New show scoops first interview

By David Watters

New Hednesford Town manager Paul Casey talks exclusively to host Ben Hughes on his plans for the Pitmen on the new EVO-STIK NPL Show Extra podcast.

Released for download on Friday after being recorded ahead of the weekend's action on Thursday night, Casey is one of six bosses on a "mammoth" edition of the latest spin-off podcast of the monthly EVO-STIK NPL Show for the fans, players and officials of the EVO-STIK Northern Premier League.

Produced as always by the team behind FCUM Radio for the fans, players and officials of the EVO-STIK Northern Premier League to listen to at their leisure, Hughes and regular guests James Heyes from The NPL Facebook Group and Whitby Town Radio's Andrew Snaith also hear from the managers at Stafford Rangers, Skelmersdale United, Frickley Athletic, Matlock Town and Ilkeston FC.

Due homage is also paid to Stourbridge boss Gary Hackett and his Emirates FA Cup heroes on the hour long podcast which also catches up on all the results and action over the last week in the EVO-STIK NPL, Integro League Cup and Buildbase FA Trophy.

Thousands of listeners have been downloading the EVO-STIK NPL Show and its two sister spin-offs - the EVO-STIK NPL Show Extra and the EVO-STIK NPL Division One Show - since the podcasts returned for the fourth season running in August.
