Marine are planning an end of season party on Saturday to mark their final home game of the season.

The Premier Division Mariners take on league leaders North Ferriby United at the Arriva Stadium as Kevin Lynch's side sign off at home. To boost their gate and celebrate the campaign, they've designated the fixture as a community day with reduced admission prices, a schools penalty shoot-out tournament and their club and supporters’ player awards ceremonies all taking place.

As part of their community efforts, Marine have also invited members of Liverpool's Somalian community to the clash which will see Great Crosby and St William of York primaries competing in the final of the 'Jeeves the Jewellers' sponsored tournament at half-time.

School children aged 11 and under will be admitted free when accompanied by an adult. The Mariners are also extending their £5 admission offer to season tickets holders from Merseyside clubs Liverpool, Everton and Tranmere Rovers as well as the 15,000 tenants of One Vision Housing, one of the city's leading housing associations and club partner since March.

Marine Chairman Paul Leary said: "The last home game of the season for Marine is always a community affair and this season there is a special interest because of the importance of the game and how the result could affect who is to win the Evo-Stik Northern Premier League. The admission concessions, penalty shoot-out final, player’s awards after the game and the visit of our new friends from the Somalian community of Liverpool all adds up to a really great day."
