The Mariners sealed their promotion to the National League North on Easter Monday with a narrow victory over Whitby Town.
Second-placed Town will be hoping to extend their club record 22-game unbeaten run, which actually started with victory over South Shields at Cantilever Park in the reverse fixture.
The Yellows will be hoping to consolidate second place, and the subsequent home play-off semi-final it would provide, with a win.
However, should the Yellows not be able to get a result, Bamber Bridge could leapfrog them into second. They travel to play-off-chasing Matlock Town.
The Gladiators have won three of their last four games, picking up 10 points from a possible 12. Meanwhile, the Brig have won eight of their last 10 matches.
Gainsborough Trinity could seal their play-off place with victory over a Radcliffe side that are also battling for a play-off spot.
Trinity are unbeaten in five matches, winning three. As for Boro, they are winless in five, although three of those have been draws. They are two points ahead of Hyde United with two games to go.
The Tigers could go back into the top five with victory over another play-off-chasing side in Marine. They will need to reverse their form though, as they have not won in six matches.
The Mariners have also been a bit hit and miss with their form, having won just three of their last nine matches.
FC United of Manchester could also make a late push for the top five, and they welcome Stafford Rangers to Broadhurst Park this weekend. The Reds have won five of their last six matches, whereas Rangers have also drawn four of their last five.
At the bottom of the table, Liversedge travel to Guiseley in the hope of keeping their survival hopes alive.
If they lose and there is a winner in the game between Marske United and Nantwich Town, they will be relegated. Both Sedge and the Lions have won just one of their last six matches.
The Seasiders and The Dabbers will both be hoping to earn a result which will help them avoid the drop. The winners of this match will finish the weekend outside of the bottom four.
Meanwhile, Stalybridge Celtic will also be hoping to boost their survival hopes when they travel to Warrington Rylands.
Celtic have won one of their last six, while in-form Rylands made it three wins in a row with their 3-0 triumph at Radcliffe on Tuesday night.
Morpeth Town will also be hoping to put some distance between themselves and the bottom four, as they travel to already-relegated Belper Town.
The Highwaymen have won one of their last six, while the Nailers have won two of their last six.
Elsewhere, Ashton United welcome Lancaster City and Atherton Collieries host Whitby Town.
