Prescot confirm injury blow to defender

Hollett picked up the injury in February prior to rejoining the Cables from NPL West Division rivals City of Liverpool.

Scans later revealed damage to both his medial and anterior cruciate ligaments.

The club say no timeframe has been put on his return, but he will undergo an intense rehabilitation course and will be supported by the club to get him back playing as soon as practically possible.
