Second string seeks talent

Witton Albion are holding trials at the end of June for the Evo-Stik Northern Premier League club's reserves.

The Premier Division outfit's second string announced on Thursday that they are staging an open trial for next season's campaign at Knights Grange in Winsford on Saturday 29 June from 1pm to 3pm.

Managed by Adam Blades, the reserves play in the West Section of the Lancashire Galaxy League and finished tenth last season. Home games are played at Witton Albion's Wincham Park and are well supported by Albion's fans with fixtures often attracting crowds approaching three figures.
