The four team tournament at the DCJ Group Insurance Arena has attracted the schoolboy sides of Derby County, Liverpool, Manchester United and organisers Sheffield United.
The Rams U16's kick off the competition against Liverpool next Thursday (September 15) with Derby's U15's meeting United at the EVO-STIK NPL Premier Division ground on Monday October 3.
Rams coach Danny Holmes is looking forward to his youngsters playing in semi-finals against Liverpool and United over two legs at each age level for a place in the final and believes the games will do them a world of good.
He said: "It will be a good experience for our young players to play under floodlights at a Non-League ground in front of a crowd and we're really looking forward to these games."
Matlock Town chairman Tom Wright is delighted the Gladiators have agreed to stage two of the tournament's fixtures.
He said: "We have a great relationship with Derby County and it'll be great to see potential stars of the future play here at Matlock, and especially those from the likes of two top clubs like Liverpool and Manchester United, so we hope local football fans will come down and show their support."
Both games kick-off at 7pm with admission for adults and concessions fixed at £2. U15s go free.
