Attacking winger George Cater has joined the Yeltz, having completed last season with Step 3 Championship winners Tamworth, while young midfielder Caine Elliot has also arrived at the Grove from Southern Counties League side Rugby Town.
Discussing the double signing, manager Paul Smith said: "George won the league last year with Tamworth. He had a somewhat stop start season with injuries, he is 100% fit now and is a very exciting addition.
"Caine has stood out as one of the best young midfielders, if not the best, at Step 5.
"He has had a number of admirers and we’ve beaten off some stiff competition. It’s a big step for him, but I believe in him. He has the attributes to be very very good."
The Yeltz have also also confirmed a number of player retentions in recent days as they prepare for life at Step 3.
Dan Platt, Josh Ezewele, Jac Redhead, Nathan Hayward, McKauley Manning and Kieren Donnelly have all agreed new terms with the club, while several more of last season's squad are still in negotiations.
