Wednesday's Premier Division action review

Whitby Town moved off the bottom of the Evo-Stik Northern Premier League Premier Division table on Wednesday night as they won 1-0 at Worksop Town, writes Pitchero's Steve Whitney.

Worksop’s indifferent form at their own Sandy Lane home saw them lose for a third time in six hosted matches.

The only goal of the game came in the 65th minute when Nathan Mulligan, who has been the one of the few bright sparks for the Seasiders this season so far, slid the ball home from close range following a corner for his eighth goal of the campaign.
